- This 16 March 1981 insurance document is covering a shipment by the Karin Jute Mills, Ltd. on the vessel M.V. Bela. On the back of the document there are ten of the Tk.10 overprinted Foreign Bill stamps, one Tk.1 orange colored denomination of the third insurance issue of the country and twenty-one of the brown Tk.1 stamps. It is believed all three of these different stamps were issued in 1981.

- On the left are the original printing, with the reprints on the right. Note the different shapes of the number "10" in the two stamps.
- The Tk.5 and Tk.10 stamp were reprinted in different colors as shown above. The Tk.5 stamp is also known in a yellowish-green color, but with the bottom right word overprinted. The question is does it exist and was it issued without the overprint?
- This is the upper portion of an insurance fee document dated 1 April 1994 that has four of the Tk.10 green stamps.
1982
The stamp originally had "Insurance Tax" at the bottom of the stamps. No other Insurance set had the word "Tax" on them. It was later blocked out.

- The yellow and brown Tk.5 overprints, a double overprint on a Tk.5 stamp and the Tk.10 overprinted stamp. It is not known why there were to different colors of the Tk.5 stamp. It appears the green stamp is the more common of the two.

- For those who do not know Bangla, this may appear to be an overprint. It is actually an abbreviation (SA BEE K) for the Sadharan Bima Corporation, a general insurance company. This stamp was used for fees on policies by their company and this is their way of cancelling the stamp, indicating it is now a "used" stamp. Many companies had their own cancelling devices to cancel the stamps. Companies purchsed sheets of the stamps and used them as needed.
- A complete sheet of the Tk.5 stamp that had been cancelled by the company's cancellor. These stamps are in mint condition, with full gum, but were never actually used. They obviously were cancelled after being purchased and were to be taken from the sheet when needed. By cancelling them after being purchased they would be of no use to someone if they were taken illegally. Note that there are no margin markings of any kind. The dark spots in the upper left and bottom right corners are ink marks from the cancellor. Also note that the cancelling device was made so that five stamps could be cancelled horizontally at the same time. Each row of five stamps was done with one impression of the cancellor. Some of the rows had more ink on the cancellor than others when impressed on the stamps.

The vertical lines above the top arch and around the oval with the numerals are wider and more visible than in the previous issue. The color and shading is slightly different and the stamp image is 1mm wider than the previous issue.

- It is difficult to believe that these three images are supposed to be the same stamp. At this time it is not known if there were reprinting by different presses, or if these all came from the same printer. The stamp on the lert is perf. 9 1/2 and could be a forgery. The other two are perf. 12.
