Dates of Usage: 1981 - 1991
Domestic Radio Licenses were required for all radios owned. A Radio Savings Book was created for the stamps and were canceled at the Post Office. Recorded in the book was the name, location, make, model, serial number and number of bands of each radio. No Radio stamps had a year date printed on them.
