1) Foreign Bill stamp overprinted in black with "Special" at the top in Bangla and a bar at the bottom over "Foreign BIll" and "Adhesive Stamp" in Bangla directly above the bar.

2) Foreign Bill stamp overprinted in red with "Special" at the top in Bangla and a thin red line at the bottom through "Foreign BIll" and "Adhesive Stamp" in red in Bangla directly above the line.
