• A set of the less common imperforate stamps. The red overprint was not always printed in the center of the stamps and can be found in different locations on the stamps.

This set is the Gemini set of November 13, 1996 but the stamps and souvenir sheet were overprinted in red with "SUCCESSFUL END OF/ GEMINI FLIGHT". As with the original set, the stamps exist perforated and imperforate, with the imperforate stamps released in lower quantities.

• This is a "favor cancelation", not a CTO on this souvenir sheet. Someone purchased it through the Philatelic Agency and asked that it be canceled. This is the standard cancelation for such items over a period of years. The stamp cannot be considered a genuine postally used item.

• These two covers are not FDCs. They were posted on 27 August 1967. Evidently the individual wanted used copies of the stamps he could soak off the covers, or wanted them genuinely used on cover. Such items are seldom seen and difficult to locate.
