- This block of stamps is autographed by Roslyn Malamud, the wife of the well known stamp dealer, as the she is the woman portrayed on the stamp. The cancelation is a CTO one and includes the date of issue of the set of stamps.
- A Canceled to Order plate block. The cancelations were printed on the sheets of stamps by the printer, not stamped at the post office with a cancelation. Often the process involved a "floating" cancelation that would rotate slightly, but remain in the same position on the sheet, making it look as if they had been hand canceled due to their not being all aligned, when read. I have been told that this is very common practice.
