Additional: The stamps in this definitive series were issued with a gutter between the two pairs and were sold as such. At least one FDC is known with a block of four with the gutter down the center. Other copies most likely exist.
 

• The uppermost image is of the only known example of the imperforate stamp. No other copies have been reported, neither used nor mint. Below it is a scarce FDC showing the gutter. Most FDCs were of the single stamp, not gutter pairs.
