This was actually the second design for the poster as the first one had an image of Jon Faddis but it was decided it was more appropriate to have an image of Dizzy, so this poster was made. This was a gift from Lauren Deutsch, who did the photograph and was the Ex. Dir. of the Jazz Institute of Chicago.
